Install Xcode Command Line Tools on macOS

Install Apple Command Line Tools via xcode-select --install, complete the system dialog, then verify with xcode-select -p.

1. In Terminal on macOS, run: xcode-select --install . In the system dialog

   In Terminal on macOS, run: xcode-select --install . In the system dialog, click Install and accept the license. Wait until the download finishes. (Full Xcode.app is not required for most CLI tooling.)
