Install Scoop on Windows

Install Scoop on Windows from a non-admin PowerShell using the official get.scoop.sh installer, then verify with scoop --version.

1. Open a regular (non-admin) PowerShell window. If scripts are restricted,

   Open a regular (non-admin) PowerShell window. If scripts are restricted, run: Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser

2. Paste and run the official installer from https://github.com/ScoopInstal

   Paste and run the official installer from https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Install : irm get.scoop.sh | iex

3. scoop --version

   scoop --version
